Eggs - 3 pcs., Apples - 1 pc., Onions - 0.5 pcs., Hard cheese - 70 g, Table vinegar - 30 ml, Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
First of all, prepare the onions. To remove the bitterness from it, marinate it. To do this, peel and cut the onion into small cubes. Then pour table vinegar over them and leave to stand for 10 minutes. This time will be enough to make the taste of the onion softer. After a set time, roll the onion back on a sieve and rinse under running water.
This salad is better formed in layers, since mixed, it will turn into a uniform mass, and it will not be clear what it is made of. You can use a culinary ring, you can lay out in layers in a regular salad bowl. I did in the ring. Lay the grated eggs in the first layer, spoon them and brush with mayonnaise. Top with the pickled onions.
