How to make a salad with grapes, cottage cheese and soft cheese? Prepare all listed products. Instead of grapes, you can take a pear, it fits perfectly with all the components in the salad. Which of the soft cheeses is suitable? Use brie or camembert.
Send soft curd and curd cheese to a deep, small bowl (I have Philadelphia).
Rinse the schnitt onions and dry. Finely chop and send to a bowl. Instead of schnittt onions, it is permissible to take young green onions. Also, if desired, you can use dill or several leaves of basil. Pepper it.
Mix everything thoroughly until smooth.
Rinse the root leaves thoroughly and dry with paper wipes to remove excess water. Place the leaves on a wide large plate in an even layer.
Rinse the bell peppers and remove the seeds along with the core. Peel the onions from the husks. For lettuce, it is better to take red or white onions. These two types have a mild taste and are perfectly suitable for similar dishes. Cut the peppers and onions into thin feathers or half rings. Lay on top of the root.
Cut soft cheese into plates about 3-5mm thick. Spread each piece with a thick curd mass. Use a small knife or teaspoon for convenience.
Place the camembert pieces on a plate with the root.
