Tuna salad for new year and christmas

Canned tuna - 1 pc., Chicken eggs - 3 pcs., Potatoes - 1 pc., Carrots - 2 pcs., Onions - 1 pc., Kiwi - 3 pcs., Bell pepper - 1 pc., Processed cheese - 200 gr, Sugar - 1 tsp, Salt - 1 tsp, Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp, Vinegar essence - 1 tsp, Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp, Dill - to taste
Very finely chop onions. 
Pour the onions into a bowl and add 1 teaspoon. sugar and 1 tea liter. salts. 
Add 1 tea liter to the onion. acetic essence, pour boiling water, mix and cover with a lid. 
We rub boiled potatoes on a coarse grater. 
Grease the inner sides of the mold with vegetable oil and put the potatoes in the first layer in a mold with a ring to form a salad. Add a layer of homemade mayonnaise to potatoes. 
We warm the fish in a plate with a fork and add the next layer of salad to the mold. 
We cut very finely dill. 
Drain the onion through a sieve and rinse under running water.
