Pickled mushrooms - 70 gr, Smoked chicken - 90 gr, Chicken eggs - 1 pc., Beijing Chinese cabbage - 50 gr, Suhariki - 50 gr, Cucumbers - 40 gr, Parsley - to taste, Mayonnaise - 50 gr, Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.
Make the foods on the list.
Cut the Beijing cabbage into large squares or tear with your hands.
Cut the fresh cucumber into a large cube - if it is small, it will immediately give juice, and the salad will turn into porridge.
Remove the skin from the smoked spud and cut the flesh into a cube.
Also cut pickled white (or other) mushrooms not finely so that they are not lost in the total mass.
Put all the products in a salad bowl, add crackers, mix gently.
Fill with mayonnaise.
Instead of salt, add the soy sauce to taste.
Put in a large communal or portion salad bowls and serve immediately.
