Salad with champignons, hard cheese and chicken fillet

Eggs - 3 pcs., Chicken fillet - 200 g, Hard cheese - 100 g, Champignons - 400 g, Greens - 2 tbsp., Salt - to taste, Ground black pepper - to taste, Dill - 20 g, Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
We prepare products for our salad.
We boil lean meat or poultry until tender - I have chicken fillet. You can take veal, turkey, as well as ham or sausage. Cut the finished chilled meat into straws. If it is ham or sausage, then grate them.
Drain the liquid from the mushrooms and cut them into strips.
Salt them, pepper and fry in vegetable oil. When you get mushrooms with a spoon, try not to have extra oil.
Boil the eggs hard-boiled for 10 minutes, transfer them to cold water so that they cool down. Then we clean them, separate the proteins from the yolks and rub them into different plates on a fine grater.
We rub cheese on a coarse grater.
Now we start directly to assemble and see how to make a salad with mushroom meat and cheese. We put mushrooms in a salad bowl, sprinkle cheese on them. Rinse the layer with mayonnaise. We do not sprinkle this layer with pepper and salt, since we have already salted and grilled mushrooms when frying.
Next comes meat, salt and pepper to taste, rinse the layer with mayonnaise. If you use sausage or ham, then do not add salt and pepper, since all this is already in their composition.
Sprinkle the salad with egg whites.
Decorate the salad with crushed dill greens and lay out egg yolks in the form of flowers on top. We give the salad time to soak.
