How to make a salad with fried champignons and cheese? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Cucumbers for salad can be taken not only pickled, but also pickled. Choose cheese for your taste, the main thing is that it is easily grated. Rinse champignons from contaminants. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and cool them in cold water.
Peel the onion, rinse and finely chop. Pour some vegetable oil into a hot pan and place the chopped onions. Fry it for a minute until clear.
Finely chop the champignons and place them in the pan to the onion. Stir and fry everything together for a further 5-7 minutes. At first, juice will appear from the mushrooms, but during frying it will evaporate and the mushrooms will begin to fry.
Place the fried mushrooms on a plate and cool. Peel the boiled eggs from the shell.
We will collect the salad in layers. Place the serving ring on a plate and place the roasted mushrooms in the first layer. Brush them a little with mayonnaise.
Rub the eggs on a grater and place on top of a layer of mushrooms. Rinse this layer with mayonnaise as well.
Cut the cucumbers into a small cube.
Put the chopped cucumbers in the next layer. And again a little mayonnaise.
