How to make a salad with salmon egg potatoes and cucumber layers? Prepare the ingredients. For salad, we will need: lightly salted salmon (I have smoked), potatoes, carrots, pickled gherkins, eggs and mayonnaise. For decoration: red caviar and mayonnaise.
Cut the semgu into small cubes.
Hard-boiled eggs. Drain the water, peel the eggs and grate over a coarse grater as well.
Boil the potatoes and carrots in the skin until tender. Chill and peel the vegetables. Grate the potatoes over a coarse grater.
Exactly the same in a separate dish rub carrots.
Remove the gherkins from the brine and dry. Grate on a coarse grater and squeeze out excess moisture from them.
Shape the salad in a culinary ring, carefully compacting each layer and blurring with mayonnaise. Put the gherkins in the first layer. Grease the cucumbers with mayonnaise.
Put the grated carrots on the mayonnaise. Also brush it with mayonnaise.
Next, lay out the grated potatoes. I smeared it with a very thin layer of mayonnaise. You don't have to lubricate at all, since the next layer is fatty salmon.
