Tomatoes - 150 gr, Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp, Garlic - 1 tooth, Hard cheese - 70 gr, Salt - to taste, Eggs - 1 pc.
How to make a salad with tomatoes, cheese, eggs? Wash the tomatoes and cut into a small cube. Using a culinary ring, form a circle from them on a serving dish. Top with the mayonnaise. Salt this layer lightly. Since the tomatoes in this salad are the base on which all success depends, choose the most delicious and sweet tomatoes. In winter, I prefer oblong cherry tomatoes. But any fleshy, ripe, juicy ones are suitable.
Place the grated cheese in a second layer and lightly compress with a spoon. This is necessary so that the salad does not fall apart when the culinary ring is removed. For the convenience of photographing, I remove the ring after each layer. You do not need to do this at all, so as not to violate the integrity of the layers.
