Tomato and thine salad

1. Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
2. Cut the onions into thin half rings.
3. Add half of the desired amount of lemon juice and half of the ice water to the thina, beat well with a whisk. Thina will start to shine. Add the remaining water, lemon juice, salt to taste and mix thoroughly. The sauce should be of the same consistency as the pancake dough, if necessary, add more lemon juice and water.
4. Pour the sauce into the bottom of the plate and put the prepared tomatoes.
5. Sprinkle with half rings of red sweet onions, pepper and salt to taste. Enjoy your meal!
Tahini - 100 grams, Water - 120 ml, Lemon juice - 70 ml, Salt - 0.33 tea liters, Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams, Onions - 1 pc., Ground black pepper - 0.25 tea liters.
