How to make a salad with bell pepper and cheese? The recipe is very simple. First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. I used a special curd cheese for the salad. But in this salad you can use any cheese to taste: feta, mozzarella, melted, etc.
Wash the bell peppers, dry, remove the seeds and the peduncle. Cut the peppers into straws or medium cubes.
Cut the red onions into strips.
Cut the curd cheese into small cubes.
Wash the parsley, shake off the moisture and chop finely. If desired, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, for example, dill, cilantro, green onions or use a mixture of different herbs.
Now prepare the refueling. The dressing can be supplemented or replaced with other ingredients to taste. For example, replace grainy mustard with ordinary mustard. I have olive oil, but any vegetable will do. If the honey is saccharized, melt it first.
In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, liquid honey, French mustard, salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth. The oil should combine well with honey.
In a bowl, combine bell peppers, red onions and herbs. Pour the dressing over the salad and stir.
