Pike liver salad

The preparation of the salad is very simple:
1. Boil the pike liver until tender and cut into small cubes.

2. Boil the eggs as well, cool and cut into small cubes too.

3. Cut the cucumber into medium pieces.

4. Peel the apple, cut into cubes and lightly pour over the lemon juice to keep it dark.

5. Grate the cheese over a coarse grater.

6. Finely chop the onions.

7. Fold all the ingredients into a deep bowl (leave some onions to garnish), season with mayonnaise, salt if necessary, stir.

8. Serve on the table, decorated with green onions. Enjoy your meal!
