How to make a salad with hunting sausages? Clean the external envelope of the sausage. Cut them into circles or thin straws. 
We have boiled potatoes in uniforms. It must be cleaned and shredded with a neat cube or straw - for your taste. 
Rinse the cucumber from the brine. It is not necessary to clean it from the skin. Cut first into slices, and then into straws. 
Next for the salad, take the leek onion. I cut it into thin half rings. 
Take hard cheese. It can be grated and thinly chopped. I chose the first option. 
Take the right amount of green peas, eat the liquid. 
We are left to collect all the chopped components in a bowl. 
And then season with ground pepper, salt (optional!), Cheese and mayonnaise. There are so many sharp ingredients in the salad. Therefore, I will next cook with fresh cucumber and sour cream. 
Mix everything thoroughly. Taste and, if anything, add the missing component. 
Serve the salad, giving it a beautiful shape.
