To make a salad with meat and prunes, we will need: flesh of pork or beef without cartilage and veins, prunes without seeds, large selected eggs, cheese, sweet and sour juicy apple (granny smith, semerina), nuts (I have hazelnuts, but you can also walnuts or any others to taste) and mayonnaise. I have avocado mayonnaise, so it has a slightly greenish tinge.

Pre-boil the meat in salted water. Remove from the stock and cool. Then cut into small pieces.
Finely chop prunes.
