Eggs - 3 pcs., Canned corn - 150 g, Crab sticks - 150 g, Korean carrots - 100 g, Cucumbers - 1 pc., Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.
How to make a salad with Korean carrots and crab sticks? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Korean carrots can be bought ready-made or cooked on their own. Open a jar of canned corn and drain all the liquid from it.
Defrost and clean the crab sticks from packaging. Boil the eggs beforehand in boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water from them and cool the eggs in cold water. Clean the cooled eggs from the shell.
Cut the crab sticks into thin strips and transfer to a spacious salad bowl. Add canned corn to them.
Also thinly straw a fresh cucumber and add it to the salad, along with Korean carrots and sliced eggs. Eggs can be conveniently and quickly sliced using an egg cutter.
Add some mayonnaise to the salad and mix all the ingredients. Transfer the finished salad to a suitably sized salad bowl and serve. Before serving, the salad can be cooled slightly in the refrigerator. Such a salad is a great addition to the main course! Good appetite!
