How to make a salad with sawdust and chicken? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Boil chicken fillet and potatoes in advance. Wash the chicken eggs thoroughly, then boil hard-boiled and cover with cold water. All products must be chilled, as the salad made from warm products will quickly deteriorate.
Chop the cooled boiled chicken into medium cubes. You can not cut the fillet, but use a fork to disassemble it into fibers.
Cooled eggs, peel from the shells and also cut into small cubes.
Wash the cucumber, dry it from excess moisture with a paper napkin. Peel using a vegetable peeler and cut into cubes. If the skin of the cucumber is not damaged, it is not necessary to cut it off rough or bitter.
Peel the boiled potatoes and also dice them.
Remove the sprouts from the jar into a colander so that the glass is liquid. Cut large mushrooms into 2-3 parts, leave small ones intact.
Wash the dill, dry it with paper towels and crush it with a knife. finely chop the onions as well. Combine the chopped ingredients in a shared salad bowl.
Salt, pepper to your liking, add mayonnaise. I do mayonnaise on my own in a blender. A mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream can be used.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Place a cooking ring on a flat plate. Put the salad in a ring, compress with a spoon. The salad can simply be mixed and served in a salad bowl, but in the culinary ring it will look more elegant.
Chill the finished salad with pickled sawdust and chicken for an hour in the fridge and serve. Decorate it to your liking. I used curly parsley and spruce. Salad will suit the casual table and festive.
