How to make a salad with mango, avocado and smoked chicken? First, you need to measure the ingredients. Wash and dry the arugula. Tear large leaves into small pieces. Fry pine nuts in a dry frying pan until golden.
Cut the chicken meat into small pieces. You can take boiled chicken, but with smoked it tastes better.
Clean the mango, cut in half, remove the bone. Cut the flesh into small slices.
Avocado cut lengthwise into two halves, remove the bone. Peel the halves and cut into small slices. Immediately drizzle the avocado with lemon juice so it doesn't darken.
Refueling.
Combine orange juice, olive oil, mustard, salts and peppers and mix.
Put the arugula on the dish. Spread the chicken pieces on top.
Put pieces of mango and avocado on the chicken.
