How to make a lemon salad? Prepare all the products that are listed in the recipe. To make a salad, it is better to take young cabbage. She has crisp, tender and juicy sheets.
Remove the external spoiled leaves from the cabbage. Rinse your head under running water and dry with paper wipes to get rid of any remaining moisture. Cut the cabbage in thin strips. Send to a deep salad bowl that fits the size.
Peel, rinse and dry the carrots. Rub the carrots on a coarse grater or vegetable cutter for Korean salads. Add to the cabbage.
Wash the cucumber. If necessary, cut the skin. Cut the cucumber into thin wedges and send to the salad bowl.
Finely chop the young green onions. This time I used half a red salad onion.
Make a lemon dressing. Squeeze the juice of one small lemon into a deep bowl. Add the olive oil, mustard, honey and spices to taste. Dry Provence herbs, basil and sweet paprika will complement the dressing perfectly. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth. If desired, garlic passed through the press can be added to the lemon dressing.
Pour the dressing over the salad.
Finely chop the dill or parsley and add to the salad. Salt to taste and mix everything well.
Salad is ready, you can serve!
