How to make a salad with chicken liver and pomegranate? To begin with, prepare the ingredients: cook potatoes until cooked, without peeling, and eggs, also boil chicken liver (you can fry it in a pan, this is your choice). Grind walnuts and boiled chicken liver in a blender. Three have cooled potatoes, eggs, fresh carrots and apples on the grater. The onions are chopped and fried in vegetable oil. We choose a flat dish, put a high glass in the center, having previously lubricated it with vegetable oil. Around the glass, we lay out the prepared components layer by layer, lubricating each layer with mayonnaise (with the exception of onions, eggs and nuts), if you need to add layers: 1 layer: potatoes; 2 layer: fresh carrots; 3 layer: chicken liver; 4 layer: fried onions; 5 layer: chicken eggs; 6 layer: crushed walnuts; 7 layer: fresh apples; 8 layer: pomegranate grains. Having laid out all the layers, we remove the glass. Send the chicken liver salad to the fridge for soaking. After an hour and a half, the dish can be served with a sprig of parsley or any other green. Eat with pleasure!
