How to make a salad with chicken, grapes, cheese and nuts? Very simple. First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. I took large eggs. If you use small ones, take 5 pieces. Chicken can be replaced with any other meat, sausage or ham. I use peanuts, you can take walnuts.
Wash the chicken fillet, dry and cut into small cubes.
Sprinkle the spices on the chicken and leave to marinate for 20 minutes. Instead of frying, you can boil the fillet or bake in the oven in foil. You can also use smoked chicken fillet instead of fresh chicken meat.
In a frying pan over high heat, heat the vegetable oil, lay out the chicken and fry, stirring, until tender for about 10 minutes. The exact time depends on the size of the chicken pieces. You can fry the whole chicken fillet, but the chicken cut into small cubes is tastier, more delicate and fragrant - after all, each piece is impregnated with spices from all sides. Transfer the chicken to a plate and chill.
Boil the eggs hard-boiled, chill and peel. Grate over a coarse grater.
Grate the cheese over a coarse grater as well. Any cheese for this dish is suitable - solid, semi-solid. The main thing is that it is tasty, high-quality, without milk fat substitutes.
Rinse and dry the grapes. Halve each grape and remove the bones, if any. Grapes can take any color.
Now prepare the ingredients for dressing. Sour cream is needed thick, not watery. Choose mayonnaise for your taste. You can not mix, but replace everything only with sour cream, mayonnaise or natural yogurt.
Finely chop the peanuts with a knife or grind in a blender to medium crumb. Peanuts will work raw or fried.
