Chicken, ham and vegetable salad

Chicken fillet - 300 g, Ham - 200 g, Canned corn - 200 g, Cucumbers - 1 pc., Carrots - 1 pc., Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp., Salt - 1 tea l.
Prepare all the ingredients. Both chicken breast fillet and chicken thigh fillet can be used in the recipe. I usually use chicken thigh fillet in this salad, it is fatter and meatier and the salad is not as dry as when using chicken breast fillet.
Boil the chicken fillet in salted water until tender and cool. We cut the cooled fillet into a small cube, cut ham and cucumber into strips. Three carrots on a coarse grater, drain excess liquid from corn.
Place all the ingredients in a deep bowl, salt, add mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. We lay out the finished salad on a dish, decorate it at will and immediately serve it to the table.
