How to make a salad with chicken, tomatoes and cheese? We will need: chicken fillet, tomato, sesame, lettuce leaves, vegetable oil, soy sauce, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, mozzarella, salt.
Fillet mine, dry well and beat slightly.
Salt, pour over the soy sauce, leave the fillet to marinate for 20-25 minutes. Salt the fillets quite a bit, as the soy sauce is salty too.
Twist the pickled fillet into a tight roll, sprinkle sesame seeds on all sides.
With a sharp knife, cut the roll across into pieces 5-7 mm thick.
Fry the rolls in a pan with the added vegetable oil first on one side.
Then turn and fry on the other side until lightly golden. Some rolls turned out wide, and I cut them across into two parts. Cool the ready-made rolls.
Wash the lettuce leaves, dry. Grind with your hands or knife and lay on a flat plate.
Wash the tomato, dry, cut into medium slices and lay on the lettuce leaves.
Then lay out the chicken rolls.
Remove the mozzarella from the brine, dry, add to the salad.
For dressing you will need: lemon juice, balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
Combine the ingredients for dressing, mix.
Salt the salad a little, pour over the dressing and serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
