How to make a salad with chicken, prunes and cheese and walnut? Prepare the ingredients. Pre-thaw the chicken fillet if frozen. Take prunes without a bone, a sweet variety. The cheese is hard, any at will, with a not pronounced taste. I take red salad onions, but you can also use ordinary bulb onions. My walnuts are already peeled and fried.
Boil chicken fillet. How to cook chicken fillet? Bring the water to the boil in a saucepan, lower the fillet into it. Add the salt. Cook the meat for 30 minutes with a low simmer over a low heat. Then turn off the heat and leave the fillet to cool right in the broth - it will turn out juicy and soft. Chilled chicken fillet cut into small cubes. Put the chopped fillets in the salad-ready utensils.
Boil the eggs. How to cook eggs? Put them in a saucepan, cover them with cold water, put them on a small heat. Cook the eggs until tender for about 10 minutes. Then drain the water and fill them with cold water. Peel the chilled eggs from the shell and cut into small cubes. Fold in the dishes to the chopped chicken fillet.
Peel and finely chop the onions. I use salad onions, they are not bitter and they are not & quot; evil & quot;. If you use ordinary, bulb onions, then it is better to pour boiling water for a few minutes to leave the bitterness. Drain the water, and put the onions in the dishes for previously prepared ingredients.
The salad will look beautiful and neat if you cut all the ingredients into the same size and shape in pieces (for example, cubes).
Make salads only from fully chilled foods. Made with warm ones, the salad can quickly deteriorate.
