How to make a salad with chicken prune cucumber and cheese? Boil the eggs. Pour water over them, bring to the boil and cook in boiling water for 7-9 minutes. Then drain the hot water and fill the eggs with cold water so that they cool down faster. Pour boiling water over the prunes and leave for 10 minutes. Then drain the water, and rinse the prunes in running water. Then wet the prunes with a paper napkin to remove excess moisture. And cut it into small pieces.
Boil the chicken fillet in boiling, salted water for 30 minutes. Then chill the meat and finely chop.
In a prepared salad bowl, on the bottom, put the first layer of chopped chicken meat. Grease the layer with a little mayonnaise.
Wash the fresh cucumber, cut off the ponytails and cut into small cubes. Place the chopped cucumber in a second layer in the salad bowl. Also, a little, brush with mayonnaise.
Clean the cooled eggs from the shell and rub them immediately into a salad bowl on a coarse grater. Press them a little with your hand and brush them with mayonnaise.
Then lay out a layer of steamed prunes. And, likewise, add some mayonnaise.
The last layer will be cheese. Rub it on a fine grater over the entire surface of the salad. Flatten and press a little.
Put the finished salad, at least for 1 hour in the refrigerator, so that the layers are soaked in each other's aromas. Enjoy your meal!
