How to make a salad with chicken, prunes and mushrooms in layers? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. I will use champignons, but they can be replaced with any other mushrooms. Choose cheese for your taste.
Wash the carrots and potatoes. Then, without cleaning, pour water, bring to a boil and boil for 20-23 minutes. Vegetables should become soft. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-8 minutes, then fill them with cold water. Cool vegetables and eggs. Then clean.
Pour the prunes with boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Then rinse and squeeze off the water.
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and fry with the addition of vegetable oil for 7-10 minutes. Salt a little. Transfer the finished chicken meat to a plate and cool.
Peel the onions. Rinse the champignons in running water. Finely chop the onions and mushrooms.
Fry the mushrooms along with the onions for 8-10 minutes. During frying, mushrooms will decrease in size. Salt them up a little. Cool the finished mushrooms completely.
Place the serving ring on the plate and put the boiled potatoes grated with the first layer of lettuce. Grease this layer and all subsequent ones with a little mayonnaise. Put the fried mushrooms in the second layer.
Place the fried chicken meat on the mushroom layer. Press it tightly.
Rub the boiled carrots on a grater and put in the next layer. And then a layer of grated boiled eggs.
Finely chop the steamed prunes. Cut walnuts with a knife. For the aroma of nuts, you can fry a little. Lay out a layer of prunes and nuts.
Put the grated cheese in the last layer. Remove the serving ring from the salad. Cool the finished salad a little before serving and decorate to your taste. Enjoy your meal!
Buy fresh medium-sized champignons, snow-white without stains, damage, smell of rot. To the touch, they should not be slippery. Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly from the soil under a stream of warm or cold water. Cut out the spoiled spots, if any.
