How to make a salad with Peking cabbage pineapples and chicken? Prepare the ingredients. We'll need: boiled chicken fillet or chicken breast, eggs, canned pineapples, a few Peking cabbage leaves, canned corn, parsley, mayonnaise and ground black pepper.
Boil chicken fillet in salted water. Chill the meat and cut into cubes.
Boil the eggs hard-boiled, cool and peel. Then finely chop with a knife.
Drain the liquid from the canned corn. Dry the grains. Remove the canned pineapples from the syrup, dry and cut into cubes
Rinse and grind the Beijing cabbage thoroughly. It is better to use only green leaves without white petioles in the salad.
Wash the parsley, dry and finely chop.
Put chicken meat, Beijing cabbage, boiled eggs, pineapples, corn, herbs in a salad bowl.
Season the salad with mayonnaise, pepper and mix.
