Shrimp and grapefruit salad

On regular weekdays, I really like to cook light, low-calorie salads. This week, for example, it was a shrimp asparagus salad. Food is very dietary, but also satisfying at the same time. Now I will share with you a culinary recipe for this snack. We begin the preparation of this dish by boiling pre-washed asparagus until cooked. It usually takes no more than 15 minutes. After that, remove the asparagus from the water, dry well and cool. Now we mix pre-washed and cut lettuce leaves, boiled shrimp, asparagus and grapefruit cut with medium cubes. Now we are preparing a salad dressing. To do this, mix mustard, honey and vinegar, mix well, season our salad with this sauce. So the snack is ready, it remains only to steal it with almonds and serve it to the table.
