Shrimp - 100 grams, Oranges - 1 pc., Lettuce - 10 grams, Garlic - 2 teeth, Salt - to taste, Vegetable oil - 1 table, Sesame - 5 grams
We prepare an orange for marinade and serving. We cut the citrus taking into account how we are going to serve the salad. The easiest way is to peel the orange first and then cut it. If you take only 1 fruit - the part intended for serving, put in the refrigerator. If you plan to leave the shrimp to marinate overnight, the orange for serving can be prepared in the morning.
Squeeze the orange intended for the marinade into a deep shrimp dish. Add crushed garlic, salt, pepper. Gently mix, close with cling film/put in a container with an airtight lid and put in the refrigerator to marinate for 5 hours. You can marinate the shrimp overnight and cook them in the morning. But it is not worth pickling for longer than 12 hours.
When the shrimp is marinated, pour vegetable oil into a deep frying pan (it is better to take it with a thick bottom) and put it on the heat. You need a little oil, 1 tablespoon or even less! When it has warmed, put the shrimp in the pan along with the marinade. While they are frying, we will definitely stir, especially at the end of the frying - so as not to burn. If you need to make the salad more dietary - do not add oil and just boil the shrimp min. 5 in the marinade.
