Crab sticks - 200 g, Mushrooms - 200 g, Onions - 1 pc., Eggs - 3 pcs., Cucumbers - 1 pc., Mayonnaise - 50 g, Vegetable oil - 20 g
How to make a salad with crab sticks and mushrooms? To make lettuce, mushrooms will be needed and it is best to fry them with onions. To do this, peel the onions from the husks and rinse in cold water. Finely chop the onions and fry in a hot frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil.
Then add the mushrooms to the onion. Any mushrooms can be used for lettuce. I always give preference to wild mushrooms, which we collect and boil with capes. Fry the mushrooms with the onions for 5-7 minutes. During this time, the liquid should all evaporate and the mushrooms will begin to fry. Turn off the heat and set aside the mushrooms to cool.
Put the cooled mushrooms in a bowl in which the salad will be prepared. Add the chopped boiled eggs.
If you use frozen crab sticks, then they must be thawed first. Then cut the crab sticks into small pieces.
Add the chopped crab sticks to the bowl to the salad.
Wash the cucumber, remove the tails on both sides and cut into small cubes.
Add the sliced cucumber, also, to the bowl to the salad.
When all the ingredients are ready, add some mayonnaise and mix well. Refrigerate the finished salad to cool a little. When cold, it will taste better. Before serving, transfer the salad to a beautiful salad bowl. Enjoy your meal!
