How to make a salad with crab sticks pineapple and cheese? Prepare the ingredients.
Cut the crab sticks into medium cubes.
Drain the liquid from the canned pineapples. If pineapples are semi-rings, cut into small pieces. I had pineapples already sliced into pieces. I cut some large pieces in half.
Boil the eggs hard-boiled, cool and peel. Cut into small cubes.
Cut the cheese into small cubes. Or grate on a coarse grater - this way the salad will taste more delicate.
In a salad bowl, combine crab sticks, pineapples, cheese and chopped eggs.
Season the salad with mayonnaise and stir. Put the salad in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
