Korean carrots - 150 gr, Ham - 100 gr, Canned beans - 100 gr, Hard cheese - 50 gr, Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
How to make a salad with Korean carrots, ham and beans? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Canned beans can be used in both white and red. Pre-roll the beans onto a sieve to make the glass extra liquid. Drain the excess marinade from the Korean carrot too. If Korean carrots are rubbed with too long a straw, you can cut it.
In a suitable bowl, combine all the ingredients: canned beans, Korean carrots, chopped ham and cheese. You can season the salad with mayonnaise, sour cream or yogurt. Add the amount of dressing to taste. Mix everything well. If desired, fresh greens (parsley or dill) can be added to the salad. Pre-wash the greens, remove the thick twigs, dry well and finely chop.
