How to make a salad with smoked spud and corn. To make salad, cut the smoked spud into pieces.
Wash the fresh cucumber, cut and add to the legs.
Boil the eggs, peel the shells, chop and add to the prepared salad ingredients.
Open the tin of canned corn, drain the liquid and add the indicated amount to the salad.
If the salad is planned immediately to serve, then add crackers. If not, then it is better to add crackers before serving so that they do not soften. It is recommended to choose crackers with a neutral taste so that they harmonize with the rest of the ingredients.
Add the mayonnaise, salt and a garlic clove passed through the press.
Mix the salad and serve.
