Cut the champignons into thin slices. Place them in a hot pan and fry for 5- 10 minutes without oil. The mushrooms will first let the juice, but in 10 minutes it will all evaporate. Salt the mushrooms, add vegetable oil. Finely chop the onions and add to the mushrooms and fry lightly. Then transfer to a plate and cool a little.
