Smoked chicken - 300 gr, Suhariki - 100 gr, Carrots - 150 gr, Onions - 1 pc., Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp., Potatoes - 3 pcs., Cucumbers - 1 pc., Chicken eggs - 2 pcs., Green onions - 20 gr., Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp., Salt - to taste, Parsley - to taste
Peel the onions and carrots. Finely chop the onions, grate the carrots. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. You don't need to pour a lot of vegetable oil, because we will season the salad with mayonnaise, and the oil can spoil the taste of the salad. And fry the onions and carrots until the onions are transparent and the carrots are soft, the main thing is not to overexpose so that the vegetables do not burn, otherwise they will give the salad an unpleasant mustard and spoil the taste. Cool the vegetable roasting.
Mix all the finished ingredients in a large salad bowl. Salt to taste, season with mayonnaise. Serve such a salad better in serving small salads, sprinkling breadcrumbs on top and decorating with a sprig of parsley, or place a piano with breadcrumbs nearby so that each guest can take as many breadcrumbs and add them to the salad on their own as they see fit.
