Smoked chicken - 300 grams, Champignons - 200 grams, Onions - 1 pc., Cucumbers - 1 pc., Eggs - 4 pcs., Mayonnaise - 100 grams, Vegetable oil - 20 grams, Salt - to taste, Pepper - to taste, Greens - to taste
Peel the onion, rinse and finely chop. Rinse the champignons in running water and cut. Pour some vegetable oil into a hot pan and fry the champignons with the onions for 5-6 minutes. Salt the mushrooms a little and sprinkle with ground pepper. During frying, mushrooms will decrease in size. Cool the fried mushrooms.
The last layer will be eggs. Rub them on a grater and place them in a ring, compressing a little. If desired, the top of the salad can be sprinkled with herbs.
