Smoked chicken - 200 gr, Prunes - 75 gr, Potatoes - 1 pc., Carrots - 1 pc., Eggs - 2 pcs., Hard cheese - 100 gr, Walnuts - 30 gr, Mayonnaise - 5 tbsp.
How to cook vegetables for salad? Wash the tubers well with a brush under running water, fold them into a saucepan. Fill with clean cold water, set to cook on medium heat. After boiling, cook the potatoes with the carrots for about 30 minutes. The exact time will depend on the size of the vegetables. Check your readiness with a knife - it should easily pierce the fetus. Chill and peel the boiled vegetables. Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater.
Place the potatoes in the first layer on a plate using a cooking ring and lightly compress. Grease the layer with mayonnaise. Cut the meat off the bones, cut it into small cubes. Put the chicken in the next layer. Rinse prunes and dry them. If it is stiff, soak it briefly in hot water. My prunes are soft. Cut the prunes into small pieces as well. Put it on the chicken. Brush these two layers with mayonnaise on top.
