Smoked turkey and fruit salad

Turkey fillet - 300 gr, Pineapples - 300 gr, Walnuts - 120 gr, Hard cheese - 100 gr, Apples - 2 pcs., Lemon juice - 1 tbsp., Parsley - 20 gr, Mayonnaise - 125 gr, Sugar - to taste, Ground black pepper - to taste
Prepare the ingredients.
Cut the turkey into bars. Drain the juice from the pineapples.
Grind the nuts in a blender.
Separate the parsley leaves from the twigs.
Wash the apples, peel from the seeds and cut into straws. Drizzle with lemon juice. Cut the cheese into bars.
In a salad bowl, combine turkey, apples, cheese, pineapples, nuts and parsley.
Refueling. Combine mayonnaise with sugar and ground pepper. Mix.
Season the salad with mayonnaise.
