Smoked breast corn and egg salad
3 servings30 min
Smoked chicken - 200 g, Canned corn - 200 g, Cucumbers - 1 pc., Eggs - 4 pcs., Sour cream - 4 tbsp., Mustard - 1 tea liter, Salt - to taste, Greens - to taste
How to make a salad with smoked breast, corn and egg? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Boil the eggs beforehand in boiling water for 7-8 minutes. During this time, they will have time to cook. Drain the eggs with hot water, cover them with cold water and leave to cool. For dressing the salad, we will use sour cream with mustard, but if desired, you can replace them with mayonnaise or leave only sour cream.
The salad can be cooked immediately in a salad bowl, mixing all the ingredients or layered. I cook in layers. To do this, place the serving ring on a plate and put the chopped chicken meat in the first layer. Press it down a little so the layer is denser. For dressing, mix sour cream with mustard. Rinse this layer and all subsequent ones with prepared dressing.

Cut the smoked chicken breast into small cubes. Peel the boiled eggs from the shell.
Cucumber, also cut into a small cube. Place the chopped cucumber in the next layer over the chicken.
Grate the boiled eggs on a coarse grater and transfer them to a ring, forming the next layer of lettuce.
The last layer will be canned corn. Drain all the liquid from the jar and place the corn on top of the salad. Carefully remove the serving ring. Cool the salad a little in the fridge before serving. Serve the finished salad to the table, decorated with fresh herbs. Enjoy your meal!
