Smoked chicken - 200 gr, Canned corn - 200 gr, Eggs - 3 pcs., Korean carrots - 150 gr, Hard cheese - 50 gr, Mayonnaise - 70 gr
How to make a salad with smoked chicken breast and Korean carrots? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Boil the eggs beforehand in boiling water for 7-9 minutes. Then drain the hot water from them and cool the eggs in cold water. Open the jar of corn and drain the liquid from it.
Cut the smoked chicken breast into small cubes.
We will lay out the salad in layers in a ring. Place the sliced smoked chicken in the first layer and press slightly so the layer is tighter. Brush the chicken with a little mayonnaise.
Cut Korean carrots a little smaller than they are. In small pieces, it will look more harmonious in a salad.
Put the chopped carrots in the next layer of lettuce and brush with mayonnaise.
Put a third layer of cheese grated over a medium or fine grater. Rinse it with mayonnaise as well.
Peel the boiled eggs from the shell, grate and place in a ring over the cheese layer. And some more mayonnaise.
