How to make a salad with cheese, sausage and corn? Prepare all the necessary products for the recipe. Take any smoked sausage. Cheese is suitable for hard varieties. Open a can of corn and drain the liquid.
Peel the carrots, rinse and dry. Grate the carrots on a grater with large teeth. Send to a deep, comfortable salad bowl.
Remove the shell from the sausage. Cut the sausage into thin bars and send to the carrot.
Grate the cheese on a grater and add to the salad bowl.
Send canned corn and mayonnaise to all components. The amount of mayonnaise can be reduced or increased to your liking. I don't like it when salads have too much mayonnaise, so I always try to add it to a minimum.
Peel the garlic. Grate the tooth on a fine grater or pass through a garlic digester. Send to all products. Salt everything to taste and pepper. Rinse the greens and dry with paper wipes to get rid of excess moisture. For salad, green young onions, dill or parsley are perfect. Shave the greens finely and add to the salad.
Mix everything thoroughly. Before serving, garnish the finished dish with a few sprigs of parsley or dill.
