Strawberry and arugula salad

Strawberries - 150 gr, Mozzarella - 100 gr, Ruccola - 50 gr, Sesame - 2 tea liters, Olive oil - 2 tbl, Balsamic vinegar - 1 tbl, Honey - 1 tbl, Syrup - 1 tbl.
Prepare the ingredients. Remove the mozzarella balls from the brine and dry. Wash and dry the arugula. Cut large leaves in half.
Refueling. Mix the balsamic sauce with olive oil and mix.
Wash strawberries, dry and remove ponytails. Cut large berries into 4 parts, middle - in half.
Put the arugula leaves on the dish. Arrange mozzarella balls and strawberry berries on top.
Sprinkle over the salad with white sesame seeds. If there are pine nuts, sesame can be replaced with them.
Top the salad with olive-balsamic sauce, then with liquid honey (if the honey is candied - melt it first) and strawberry syrup.
