How to make a salad with squid, cheese, egg and cucumber? Prepare the necessary ingredients. You can take any cheese to taste: hard, semi-hard, melted.
Defrost the squid beforehand, peel and inside. Remove the thin, clear film from the squid carcass. Lower the seafood into boiling salted water, bring to a boil. Cook the squid over a moderate heat for about 1 minutes. Take them out of the water in time so they don't get stiff.
Cool the ready-made squid, cut into thin strips.
Peel the red onions, cut into small cubes. To remove excess bitterness from the onion, pour boiling water over it and leave it to cool. Drain the water.
Boil the eggs. How to boil hard-boiled eggs? To prevent the eggs from cracking when cooking, put them in cold water and set them to cook on a small heat. Cook the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. It is better to clean the shell from a sharp temperature difference. Leave two egg yolks for the top layer of lettuce. Cut the rest of the eggs into strips.
Wash the cucumbers, dry. Cut off the tips of the fruit. If the skin is not chopped, not damaged and not bitter, you do not need to cut it. Cut the cucumbers into straws.
Grate the hard cheese over a coarse grater.
A cooking ring can be used to form the salad. Place it on a flat plate. Place the prepared squid on the bottom, press lightly.
Sprinkle the squid on top with red onions.
Apply mayonnaise to the obtained layer.
Then lay out the cucumbers. Flatten and lightly press down each layer of lettuce.
Again mayonnaise netting.
Put the chopped eggs on the cucumbers and mayonnaise on top.
The next layer is grated cheese.
Cover the cheese layer with mayonnaise mesh.
Finish the salad with finely grated yolks. Refrigerate the salad for 1 hour to soak.
