4 servings40 min
Squid - 250 gr, Hard cheese - 70 gr, Cucumbers - 150 gr, Eggs - 2 pcs., Dill - 5 gr, Yogurt - 2 tbsp, Ground black pepper - to taste
Prepare the ingredients. To make salad with squid cheese egg and cucumber, we need: squid (if frozen, pre-thaw); eggs, hard cheese, cucumber; dill; natural yogurt and ground black pepper.
Peel the squid from the films and chords and rinse well. Boil the squid in salted boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Don't cook longer!!! Otherwise, squid will become tough as rubber and completely tasteless. Chill the ready-made squid, cut into straws.
Boil the eggs hard-boiled, cool, peel and cut into small cubes. For greater uniformity, eggs can be grated on a coarse grater.
Wash the cucumber, dry, cut off the tips. Cut into straws.
Grate the cheese on a coarse or medium grater.
Dill wash, dry and finely chop. You can add a couple of branches of parsley to the dill.
Put squid, cucumber, eggs, cheese and herbs in a salad bowl.
Pepper the salad, season with yogurt.
Mix everything well.
The salad can be served immediately, or you can let it stand in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Garnish the salad with a dill sprig before serving. Enjoy your meal!
