Squid apple and egg salad

Squid - 1 kg, Chicken eggs - 4 pcs., Onions - 1 pc., Apples - 0.25 pcs., Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp., Vinegar - 1 tbsp., Salt - 0.5 tsp., Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
Prepare all the ingredients.
Cut the eggs into strips.
Peel and cut the bulb onions into small cubes. Pour boiling water and let stand for 10-15 minutes.
Roll back on a sieve.
Pour the squid with boiling water to self-clean the film. Transfer to a container with cold water.
Clean the film and chord with your hands. Rinse in cold water.
Cut into straws and place in a saucepan.
Pour with water and bring to a boil. Add 1 tbsp vinegar, stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
