Boil the eggs. How to boil hard-boiled eggs? Put them in cold water, set them to cook on a small heat. Cook the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. It is better to clean the shell from a sharp temperature difference. Cool and peel them from their shells. Cut into small cubes.

How to make a salad with squid and cheese? Prepare the ingredients. Squid can be used either raw or ready-made, canned. Cheese can be anything: hard, semi-hard and even melted, the main thing is that it is tasty.
Defrost the squid, peel off the film and gut, removing the insides and chitin plate. Rinse them well under running water.
Boil the squid. How to boil squid? Toss the purified squid into salted boiling water. Cook them for 1-2 minutes. Don't cook longer!!! Otherwise, squid will become tough as rubber and completely tasteless.
Remove the finished squid from the boiling water and cool. Cut them into strips.
Grate the cheese on a coarse or medium grater.
In a salad bowl, combine the squid, eggs and cheese.
Fill everything with mayonnaise.
Mix everything well. Put the salad in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes before serving. Enjoy your meal!
