Rice - 200 gr, Squid - 2 pcs., Champignons - 200 gr, Caviar red - 140 gr, Eggs - 2 pcs., Onions - 1 pc., Carrots - 1 pc., Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp., Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp, Dill - to taste, Parsley - to taste, Lettuce leaves - 20 gr, ground black pepper - to taste, Salt - to taste
How to make a salad with squid and red caviar? We prepare products for the preparation of festive salad.
Cut the bulb onions and rub carrots on the fine grater.
Put the onions with carrots in a pan heated on the stove and sauté until smooth. Put the fried vegetables in a cup.
Chop and fry the peeled and washed champignons with the addition of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put the fried champignons in a plate.
Finely chop the squid cooked for three minutes in salted water and put it on a plate.
Cut the greens to the salad. We rub two boiled chicken eggs on a fine grater.
Put 200 gr. cooked rice in a bowl.
Add mayonnaise to the rice and mix well.
Grease the form from the inside with vegetable oil, put it on lettuce leaves laid out in a plate, then fill the form with the first layer of rice and compact.
We put the fried champignons on rice and add mayonnaise on top.
We lay out squid on champignons and distribute it by shape with a fork.
On top of the squid, lay out browned carrots with onions and also distribute in shape, add a little mayonnaise.
Put the grated chicken eggs on carrots with onions and add greens on top.
We remove the shape from our salad and lay out a layer of red caviar on top.
