Squid and mushroom salad

Squid - 100 g, Champignons - 100 g, Onions - 50 g, Any cheese - 25 g, Eggs - 1 pc., Salt - to taste, Dry spices - to taste, Vegetable oil - 1.5 tbsp., Sour cream - 1.5 tbsp.
If you have to cook an egg (in my situation it was boiled yesterday, put in the refrigerator for cooling and taken out today), put it on the tiles in a saucepan, and at the same time we will deal with the squid. I already had it unfrozen, cleaned. It remains to cut it into strips.
And then pour boiling water over them, boil for a minute or two these thin strips, slightly salting to taste.
We rub onions in half rings and put a frying pan with a little vegetable oil (you can also butter) on the stove.
While she is warming, we cut the mushrooms with slices.
First, we put onions to fry in a small amount, and then in 2-3 minutes we add mushrooms. We cook until ready, without leaving the stove, because onions and mushrooms can begin to burn. And mushrooms generally like fast frying, then they remain juicy.
If the egg is boiled, cool, peel and rub with a cube or straw.
We will combine all the components in the salad bowl. We'll rub cheese on a coarse grater right here.
Gently mix. Fill with sour cream or mayonnaise.
We sprinkle with spices, mix everything again, serve in portions and enjoy.
