Beef fillet - 300 gr, Cucumbers - 1 kg, Bell pepper - 1 pc., Garlic - 5 teeth, Onions - 1 pc., Cilantro greens - 1 pug., Acetic essence - 1 tea liter, Vegetable oil - 70ml, Soy sauce - 6 tbsp, Sugar - 3 tsp, Salt - 1 tea, Sesame - 2 tea, Ground coriander - 2 tea, Paprika - 1.5 tea liters, ground black pepper - 0.5 tea liters, ground red pepper - 0.5 tea liters.
Cut the cucumbers in half. Half in half, and its three parts, if the cucumber is large, then four. You can diagonally obliquely. It should turn out about the same straw with a green side. Transfer all the cucumbers to a deep salad bowl or wide bowl, salt and mix well. Leave for half an hour, stir occasionally.
While the cucumbers are salting, toast the meat with the onions and peppers. Heat the oil, drop the meat, reduce the heat to medium, stirring fry until the liquid evaporates. When the foam is gone, drop the onions and fry for minutes 3 to start golden. Immediately toss the peppers, fry for a couple of minutes and remove from the stove or leave on off. Do not salt the meat, it will then be soaked in soy sauce or salt very little.
At the end of roasting the meat, if half an hour has passed, drain the liquid from the cucumbers, which they will liberally release. Taste the cucumbers. Salt is different, if suddenly for your taste it turned out to be salted, just rinse with water, you need to take into account that soy sauce will be added, and it is salty. Finely cut a bunch of cilantro and toss the greens with the cucumbers.
Leave on the table for two hours to soak, remember to mix several times and can be served as an independent dish or to rice, potatoes, pasta, cereals. If you do not intend to eat right away, then close it tightly and put it in the refrigerator. After a night, the chilled salad will taste even better. A lot of gas will accumulate at the bottom, it is very tasty, but you can serve it both with and without it.
