How to make a salad with beef and pickled onions? We need to boil the meat. Pour the water into the pan and place it on the heat. When the water boils, dip the meat into it, wait for the boiling and remove the foam using a strainer or spoon with holes. Add the salt (about 1 tablespoon) and cook the meat over a moderate heat for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Remove the finished meat from the pan and leave to cool.
Make a salad dressing. Pour the vegetable refined oil into the pan, warm it up a little over a medium heat, add the crushed garlic and fry it for 1 minute while stirring.
