How to make a salad with beef and pomegranates? Boil beef until cooked (for 1-1. 5 hours), carrots, hard-boiled eggs. Cool, peel the eggs, carrots. Wash the grenade, remove the grains. Peel the walnuts.
Fry the walnuts lightly in a dry, hot pan.
Finely chop walnuts, rub carrots on grater.
Dice the beef and eggs, preferably finely.
Put the prepared products in a salad bowl or on a dish in layers. The first layer is half of the available volume of beef, then half of the carrots. You can sit down a little, pepper these layers.
The next layer is mayonnaise.
Then - the entire volume of eggs, a little salt.
Then - the second half of the beef, sit down, pepper slightly, mayonnaise.
The next layer is the second half of carrots, the entire volume of walnuts.
Give the salad the shape we need, gently brush with a layer of mayonnaise on top. Sprinkle with pomegranate grains. Garnish to your liking. That's it, the salad is ready! You can cool it before serving, so it will taste better.
