Salad with fried crab sticks

Crab sticks - 200 g, Champignons - 300 g, Carrots - 1 pc., Onions - 2 pcs., Olive oil - 1 tbsp., Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp., Salt - to taste
We prepare food. Vegetable oil may be needed more or less depending on the size of the pan. Olive oil (can be replaced with vegetable oil) will be needed for dressing if the salad is not oiled enough from fried crab sticks and mushrooms. Boil carrots.
Crab sticks are cut with straws. Fry in a pan until golden brown
Cut the mushrooms into plates. Fry on a small amount of oil until all the liquid evaporates
We shink onions in half rings. Fry in a pan until golden.
Three carrots on a coarse grater. Let the products cool down. Stir in a plate, salt. and season with olive oil if necessary.
